- Q: How long have you been around?
- A: Although our company was officially founded in December of 2022, we have been in the technology field professionally since 2013!
- Q: Why don’t you post prices on your website?
- A: We do not post prices as not every situation is the same. Even with virus removal. We do not do any blanket procedures as we believe these only help out a small number of people and the masses get stuck paying a fee with a problem that is still lingering. We promise that we will have the problem fixed at a rate that is good for you!
- Q: How long after submitting a contact form can I expect to hear from you?
- A: We guarantee that you will hear back within 48 hours. Most people hear back within 24 hours depending on our current work load!
- Q: What happens if I am dissatisfied with my service?
- A: We promise you we will always do our best to assist you. In the event that you are unhappy with your service, send us a message or give us a call! We will make it right! If we cannot then we will refund you your money!
- Q: Can you service my home network?
- A: Yes! However there will be a minimum charge to provide support in a home network. We are focused on providing the best support possible on a B2B basis and we do not want our clients monthly service to be hinder by minor calls from individuals.
